The purpose of the Coaching Skills and Tools Follow-up Workshop on November 1st is to conduct a Mid-Point 1-day work/lab session with LTI Partners to:

Check results and achievements

Recognize success

Model coaching situations and practice together using coaching tools

Increase coaching competency

Realign on path to completion

Make new declarations

Establish/recommit to well-formed outcomes to move forward

Please remember to bring your Coaching Skills and Tools Manual and other workshop materials obtained from your initial Coaching Skills and Tools Workshop on October 3-4.
