Sensory Processing Disorders and Feeding Challenges In Young Children: Special Topics in Special Needs

Participants will leave with an understanding of the connection between sensory processing disorder and different styles of picky eating (especially as manifested in disorders such as ASD); red flags and warning signs; the challenges it presents from a nutritional and developmental perspective; ready-to-implement interventions; and available solutions to help young children, their parents, and the professionals who serve them.
