This training will provide an overview of the DC:0-5 manual: Diagnostic Classification of mental health and developmental disorders of infancy and early childhood. This  is a multi dimensional framework and participants will learn about the contents and application of each axis including : physical conditions, psychosocial stressors, developmental competence and relational context.  The structure of how clinical disorders are described will also be reviewed. Participants attending this training will have a framework for understanding diagnosis of young children that utilize the DC:0-5 axes.
