Course Description:

Person Centered Thinking Training

Participants will develop skills in person-centered thinking through a series of discussions, applied stories, and guided exercises. You will leave with a foundation for person centered planning.

Person Centered Thinking (PCT) is the first and fundamental training offered and provides participants with the basic knowledge on how to facilitate the use of the tools to support others. As a part of the training, participants will develop their own descriptions using the tools. As noted, this process is about supporting people to get better lives. A core principle of PCT is to understand and practice the tools on yourself before attempting to facilitate the use of the tools with someone else.
