Teams must include at least 3 of the following:
Parents, ECE Teachers, Family Childcare Providers, ECSE Teachers, Administrators, Therapists, and/or Assistants

Individuals without a team will not be accepted. Please call             408-453-6756      if you need assistance creating teams.
