Participants will learn how to create and use a Calm Down Kit in their classrooms and homes to support their children's social-emotional well-being and provide children with self-regulation strategies. Each Calm Down Kit includes a social story and visual supports.

Participants will:

Learn about emotional regulation.
Practice strategies to support the emotional regulation of children.
Make a Calm Down Kit that includes visual, sensory and cognitive supports that you can use in your classrooms or at home.
