Course Description:
Supporting Father/Male Caregiver Engagement
These community discussions are a follow-up to the Supporting Father/Male Caregiver Engagement training and provide a forum for Family Resource staff and volunteers conducting father and male caregiver involvement work. Discussion topics will provide opportunities to:
o Share best practices and what’s working well
o Discuss challenges and brainstorm strategies
o Reinforce commitment to father and male caregiver engagement
o Conduct strategic planning to further engage fathers and male caregivers
